À l’Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal, le lundi 13 juillet, à l ’âge de 84 ans, est décédé M. Eugene Hug, demeurant à Montréal.

Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Jo-Anne (Claude Lachance), Brenda (Michael Pronko), Daniel (Manon Lemonde), Carolyn (Pierre-Paul Pharand), ses petits-enfants : Erik (Caroline) et Melanie (Hugo) Lachance, Lee-Michael (Jess), Alex et Dimitri Pronko, Katherine et Myriam Hug, Martin (Judith), Marc-André et Marie-Claire Pharand ainsi que ses arrière-petits-enfants : Victor, Gabriel et Éli Lachance et River Pronko. Il laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs parents et bons amis.

La famille tient à remercier tout le personnel affecté aux soins prodigués à leur père et plus particulièrement ceux des soins palliatifs de l’Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal.

Les cendres seront inhumées intimement au cimetière de Ste-Madeleine à une date ultérieure.

Mr. Eugene Hug passed away at the Montreal Jewish General hospital, Monday July 13th at the age of 84. He is survived by his children Jo-Anne (Claude Lachance), Brenda (Michael Pronko), Daniel (Manon Lemonde) and Carolyn (Pierre-Paul Pharand). He was Grandad to Erik (Caroline) and Melanie (Hugo) Lachance, Lee-Michael (Jess), Alex and Dimitri Pronko, Katherine and Myriam Hug, Martin (Judith), Marc-André and Marie-Claire Pharand. Also fondly remembered by his great-grand children Victor, Gabriel and Éli Lachance and River Pronko. He also leaves to mourn family and friends.

We would like to thank the personnel at the Montreal Jewish General hospital for their dedication and particularly those assigned to the Palliative unit.

Burial will be private. However, should you wish so; donations may be made to the Montreal Jewish General hospital in his name.
